I have moderate to severe scoliosis, 37 degree curve and history of sinus tachy, afib and 2 ablations. how and can this affect future pregnancies?

Cardiac clearance : What will need to be done is to schedule a visit with a cardiologist. Ask for an assessment of pregnancy risk and for cardiac clearance. An ekg, echocardiogram and perhaps other studies such as a stress test may need to be done.

Pregnancy: If you intend to become pregnant you should be under the care of a high risk obstetrician through your entire pregnancy. Good luck.
