Nearly impossible: If you avoid using sauces with a lot of fat, the amount of calories would be negligible. Or you can weigh the sauce and assume that every tablespoonful may contain as high as 135 calories but likely closer to 50 calories. However there is really no easy way to measure it since much of the marinating fluid will be left behind in the pan before consumption.
