Usually 4-6 weeks: If your orchiopexy involved an inguinal (groin) incision, then minimal 4 and closer to 6 weeks would be standard waiting period before resuming normal physical and recreational activities to allow adequate healing. If just a scrotal incision, then 3-4 weeks more likely. It is always best to check with your surgeon who is most familiar with the specifics of your problem and follow his advice.
