Had blood clots in lungs2012, why does it still show up in my mri ? does it ever disappear.?

MRI?: Pulmonary emboli are uncommonly seen on MRI but are commonly detected with ct pulmonary angiogram. Most emboli resolve though sometimes there are changes detected in the involved arteries suggesting previous clot. If clot is seen in the same artery one year later it is worrisome for a new embolus. Bottom line, you need to discuss this with your doctor until you understand.
