Re-evaluate: If you are on medication for high blood pressure there is something not right about your life style. Inflammatory bacteria in your GI tract could be causing high blood pressure and diarrhea. Avoid dairy, wheat, and sugar, and eat 6 small equal meals with a safe grain like quinoa, soaked for 8 hours, rinsed and then cooked, and other low histamine foods. See if blood pressure and ibs improves.
