You can, but: You need to be careful of bruising or other signs of bleeding. Gingko has been associated with spontaneous bleeding http://tinyurl.com/lanzdov -- and interferes with platelet activating factor. http://tinyurl.com/mfeclxo ssri's like cipralex can also interfere with platelet function, leading to bleeding. The 2 could add these effects together. Be very careful, and stop gingko if these develop.
