Please clarify: I'm sorry, it is not clear from your question whether you have meralgia paresthetica from irritation of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve or some kind of radiculopathy i.e. Nerve root irritation. Furthermore, what is the cause of this "irritation"? It's a basic principle of medicine that ailments are treated by addressing the cause.
