Everyone's different: What one person may take may not work for another or the effects can be less or more. Sometimes, it just depends upon weight, health, heredity, and other factors. There are some natural options like melatonin. Any meds that you are taking may also counteract your sleep.

Non-groggy? Sleep : Hygiene is # 1.Retire/ rise same time each day. Bedroom should be dark & cool - used only for sex & sleep. Turn off tv. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening. No caffeine for 6 hrs & no alcohol or tobacco w/i 2 hrs of sleep. Dinner should be mod. sized & finished at least 2 to 3 hours before sleep. Try warm milk, chamomile tea or melatonin along w light reading, warm bath, lavender
