Need to be worked-up: Pain with eye movement may signify an optic nerve problem. Pelvic soreness may or may not be associated with your eye condition. It should, nevertheless be worked up and evaluated by a neurologist and/or ophthalmologist, as sometimes multiple sclerosis may present with vague symptoms.
