Received bite to neck, had severe pain, then numbness to rt ear, 1/3rd face + neck.i can feel sharp. i think auricular nerve damage, is this permanent?

Bite from what?: How long ago did it happen? Have you seen anyone? If swelling and infection producing pressure, relief of swelling may cure your issue. Seek help.
