Serious treatment: I see that you are eighteen years old and on benzoyl peroxide. This is not enough for acne on the trunk, which almost always requires systemic treatment. It's past due to you to get with your personal physician for prescription-strength medication. You are old enough to make the phone call yourself. Please do it. The neck scars can be managed once you're clear.
