Get an exam done: All women should have their breast examined once every 2-3 years. This is advised to all women over the age of 21 years. It is called a clinical breast examination(cbe). If you have not had one done during the last one year, now is a good time to go see your doctor and let him/her examine the underarm and your breast for any lumps.
