I could be an abscess, and may contain a type of bacteria that is highly resistant to most antibiotics -- "mrsa." you will need to go see your doctor to evaluate and treat this before it gets worse, or before it gets bigger. You may need to be given antibiotics, depending on if it is actually an infection.
