Migraines: It sounds like you may be suffering from migraine headaches. Vertigo is a very common symptom of migraine. However, you should have a thorough evaluation by a neurologist in order to rule-out other causes for these symptoms.

Several possiblities: Migraine possible.Sinus headache also possible.Considering neck pain, though, i'd consider 'cervicogenic' ha: vertebra/muscle in neck dysfunctional, tightens scalp & jaw muscles.Also, cranial bone dysf is strong consideration-can cause all noted symptoms.A good history & phys incl osteopathic hands-on exam may help elucidate cause.If cranial bone or cervical vertebra prob, manipulation may help.

Complex presentation: You need to be evaluated to determine clearly what is going on. Headaches, vertigo, neck pain, ear pain may have common dysfunctions or multiple layers needing to be addressed. Cervical, temporal bone dysfunctions for example contributing structurally to your problems.
