PAIN=hematoma: An angiogram from the 'groin approach' can cause the complication of bleeding at the site. The symptom could be a painful 'mass' or hematoma (blood collection).

Groin after angiogrm: Because the catheter is introdused through the femoral artery which is in the groin, you need to keep pressure on it for some time to make sure thebleeding stopped and also to preven the formation of fistula.
