Call dr: If pain is not improving or getting worse, i'd get seen again. Could have something called a pseudoaneurysm. Can also have internal bleeding that you can't see.

Get checked: While post-procedure hematoma is common, the pain is usually dull and aching. Of more concern is the possibility of procedure related injury to the femoral, ilioinguinal or iliohypogastric nerves. This would produce severe sharp , stabbing, or burning pain.
