Apparently i have a hole in my myopia, what does that mean?

Hole in "Macula" : You cannot have a hole in your myopia, but you can in your macula, which is the part of the retina that is responsible for your center of vision. Usually it causes vision distortion and can be treated with surgery from a retinal specialist.
