No: Can be ligamentous injury, synovitis, tendonitis, gout or other inflammatory condition. Or could be post traumatic deformity due to previous fracture you need to seek follow up care. Osteoarthritis is most common arthritic change of thumb joints and you are very young for this diagnosis.
