Wondering if it's normal to have 3 supernumerary teeth at the jaw?

Not normal, but: It happens. Missing and extra teeth are unusual but every dentist sees it. How it is treated depends on what issues are present.

Rare but...: Additional supernumerary teeth (extra teeth) often occur in pairs or more. It can be hereditary and is often difficult to explain why it occurs. It is rare, but not that uncommon.

Relatively rare: Congenitally missing permanent teeth is considerably more common than extra teeth. The larger the number of extra teeth the more unusual. Harry, who sat next to me in dental school also had3supernumerary teeth. They are usually removed because of space and occlusal (fit) considerations.
