Elasticity: Once you are at your goal weight, give your skin about 6 months to retract & re-drape. Hopefully, it will look better, and less loose. In people who have lost a great deal of weight, sometimes surgical procedures (tummy tuck, breast lift, arm lift, lower body lift) are required to deal with the excess skin. A plastic surgeon would help with those, if required.
