Water logged: The skin is drawing in extra fluids as easily as it can loose it to dehydration. The skin over-hydrates and areas like the finger pads will ridge up easily due to the extra water in the tissue.

For 20 years I wash my face daily in the morning with cold water, I only use moisturiser 2-3 x week after shower, I do not wear make up, I hardly get sun, my skin was oily, now drying. I have no wrinkles. Should I continue this routine now at 40+?
