See details: Raynauds is spasm of small blood vessels that is worse with cold exposure. It predominantl involves the hands and feet but other areas can be involved as well. It may occur by itself but may also be associated with connective tissue disorders. There are other conditions that resemble raynauds. Finally, there are effective treatments available starting eith taking precautions against cold exposure.
