Is lidocaine a stimulant like cocaine?

No it is not: Lidocaine on the market since 1948, available over the counter. No doctor prescription is needed 2 buy or use it. Lidocaine is used for a variety of medical conditions, and is often one of the drugs included in first-aid kits as a combination antibiotic/pain relieving cream. There is no practical way to convert Lidocaine or any of the other "cains" into cocaine, or to get high.
