No: Percocet is acombination of oxycodone and tylenol, whereas hydrocodone is found in vicodin, lortabs, Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) and a dozens of other generic combinations, also together with tylenol (acetaminophen). Hydrocodone and oxycodone are similar, but oxycodone is a little more potent, gets to the brain faster, and maybe has fewer side effects (itching, flushing, nausea) than hydrocodone, at least in some.
