The same: both are opioids, but define what kind of reaction you had to either, was it itching, redness, ? those are rather side effects of the opiods in general not a true allergy, at any rate if you don't feel comfortable taking them, stop and ask your doctor for an alternative analgesic, a potent NSAID would do as good, wish you wellness
