Wilson's Disease: it may just be the coloration of your eyes, but when someone talks about golden rings in the eyes, Eye MD's worry about the possibility of Wilson's Disease, in which copper accumulates in different sites in your body. It is treatable, but must be diagnosed and treated appropriately. There are brownish-golden accumulations of copper in a ring around the corneas in these patients.
