No reason: The pricing in the pharmaceutical industry defies logic. Most, in my opinion are way too overpriced and Tobradex (tobramycin and dexamethasone) is one of those. The pharmaceutical companies are major contributors to political campaigns and have insulated themselves from scrutiny.
