Metal tongue cleaner: If used properly, it should be fine. Just don't be too aggressive or use it too often. Follow directions on the label or given to you by your dentist.

I've read mouthwashes w/alcohol can do more harm than good. The brand I've used lately contains alcohol & I've noticed my mouth feels drier & gums/tongue/inside of cheeks feel irritated. I've stopped using it. How long for mouth to heal/feel better?
