Lidoderm can: Help pain pretty much anywhere as long as the pain driver (nerve, muscle, joint, etc) is close enough to the skin that the Lidocaine can penetrate to that depth. It can be very beneficial and has the added benefit of not spreading large amount of medication systemically.
