How can i get better eye vision, or stop it from getting worse?

Better glasses: You probably, at your age, are noting the progression of presbyopia - the progressive difficulty of seeing at near. This will increase until you reach about 52 and then it will stop at that level. This is a natural progression and you cannot stop it - only correct it with a prescription from an ophthalmologist.
