Anophthalmia: Absence of 1 or both eyes, causing a small bony orbit, constricted mucosal socket, short eyelids, reduced palpebral fissure, and malar prominence. Few conditions associated with it include Trisomy 13, Waardenburg syndrome, Lenz syndrome.
