Please help! what is the safest time to take a 12 hour flight after sclerotherapy?

2 weeks.: I usually recommend waiting 2 weeks following sclerotherapy to drive or fly if the trip is longer than 2 hours. However, this is the ideal and not always possible. If you have to travel before 2 weeks then i would recommend wearing support hose, taking an adult Aspirin the night before and day of the trip, staying well hydrated, don't drink alcohol and get up and walk every 2 hours.
