I need to know what is your experience treating femoroacetabular impingement in patients?

Variable: Femoroacetabular impingement ( fai) is being diagnosed w/ increasing frequency by orthopedic surgeons." cam" and "pincer" fai is frequently diagnosed in patients w/ hip pain, minimal x-ray changes but an MRI which is diagnostic . Often seen in middle aged adults presenting w/ hip pain from scfe or ddh from childhood. Arthroscopic ( or open) debridement can yield decent results but deteriorate....
