Start w. local medical society, ask this question, & obtain list of local Rheumatologists, who have greatest expertise with this disorder. Next, call each of them in turn & ask scheduling secretary if they are taking new patients. You will probably need a primary care physician, PCP, to do formal referral to this doctor.
