Pain management: The treatment of rsd is dictated by the patient working with a physician, a pain management specialist. It also involves a team including physical therapy, psychology or psychiatry, biofeedback specialists, etc. Ask before you make an appointment with pain mgt as not all pain mgt doctors treat rsd.
