Please let me know if there is any role of lidocaine spray to increase the ejculation time during sex, and the side effect of this?

Lidocaine and sex: No. there is no appropriate role for Lidocaine during sex. At best, you BOTH end up numb so why do it in the first place. At worst, if you absorb large amounts of Lidocaine it can have other more serious effects like heart rhythm changes and/or seizures.
