How often do you intend on using Derma roller. Have you used Derma roller before. Using lidocaine spray before using Derma roller will likely numb the skin, thus you might be too rough when using a Derma roller. If you are too rough then with the roller, and the skin is numb, you might damage the skin. Be careful.
