Please advise what is the process for a wisdom tooth extraction?

Surgery: In order to remove a wisdom tooth surgery will most likely be necessary as the teeth may be impacted (buried) or have multiple roots. The process is to lift up the gum around the tooth, removing bone that is covering the tooth, ; cutting the tooth into pieces to remove it. This is true of most lower wisdom teeth while most upper ones are removed in one piece. Usually with local or IV anesthesia.
