Depends on: Pathology in your spine. If you have just a small inflammation in an area from a minor injury, then it can be very, very effective. If you have major disc issues, foraminal narrowing, or other issues, you may need more than one and they should be done in conjunction with physical therapy to help build core strength and correct the issues so it does not become chronic.
