Even: Or teeth work burst, fit best, look best, when they are all on essentially the same vertical plane. Early in treatment an orthodontist will "level" the occlusion. See andrews_six_keys_to_occlusion for explanation of how teeth are supposed to fit each other.

Equilibrated: Sometimes the bite (occlusion) of the teeth fitting together properly needs to be helped by your dentist. He/she may take some marking paper, check what teeth are hitting and may conservatively smooth the surfaces that are not in balance on both sides. This is called an occlusal equilibration. The teeth may be generally or locally- many, few.) may be done for cosmetic reasons also.

Levelled?: If you mean making sure your bite between your upper and lower teeth fits together optimally then this is done by doing selective grinding of the teeth to creat a harmonious peak and valley type of connection between the teeth in function. If you mean making the anterior teeth look unformly level this can be achieved by selective adjusting the edges to form a relatively straight line. Judiciously.
