A few things: I'm not convinced that low calcium level was\is the cause of your problems, although it is possible if that were true during the development of your teeth before they erupted. Brush and floss and eat a healthy diet. Avoid sugars and acidic foods. Use whatever Fluoride toothpastes, rinses or gels are available to you. See a dentist, if possible for an exam, treatment and counseling.

Thinking is wrong!: Teeth are not weak due to low calcium level in the body or from the birth of a baby as some people think. Once the tooth is formed, the only way to get the calcium out is by the acid formed from the bacteria making a home in the food debris around the teeth due to lack of proper brushing. Acid eats away at the tooth and also causes gum disease. Clean w/ soft brush in circles around the teeth.
