Hypotension: Blood pressure can drop during surgery for a number of reasons and does not necessarily need long term concern. You should discuss the situation with your dr. Who knows what went on during the surgery. Anesthesia can cause pressure to drop, many possibilities so no way to know from here. Best to ask those who know your and your medical details.
