A member asked:

Please explain if it is true once a person especially a child that had blood transfusion, meaning someone else's blood, change their behaviors?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: The blood is simply a transient carrier of oxygen to the persons cells. Any transfused cell does this alone, it does not impart a change in personality, behavior, or the person in general. The transfused cells are also short term, lasting no longer than a hundred days.
