Surprise!: You'd get a return receipt requested letter from the spleen,informing you that it had risen from the field of retained splenic tissue if most of it had been removed surgically-maybe with a footnote attached from any hidden teeny weeny accessory spleens that took over for BigDaddy.Oh,sorry,I meant a letter about the Ultrasound or CT test that found it/them inadvertently when taken for other reasons
