Yes: As long as you are talking about prescription Lamisil (terbinafine) by mouth. Topical will not do much for the toenails.

Yes: I think oral Lamisil (terbinafine) is one of the best oral medications for fungus toenails. You need to make sure your liver is in good condition. Lamisil (terbinafine) is about 70% effective with a 30% recurrence rate.
