Separate issues: For long term treatment plan, but the sciatic pain is most likely coming from your back, occasionally from your piriformis muscle, and this could be causing some of your foot pain. The mortons neuroma will be a separate issue, but can contribute to foot pain of course as well. Both are treatable and just need to find the right physician to give you an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.
