Nystagmus?: Nystagmus is a condition where the eyes back and forth involuntarily usually horizontally. Sometimes the movements can be very fine and rapid, and sometimes slow. There may be a quick movement in one direction and a slow movement to the other direction. There are many causes, some of which are significant neurological conditions. Get an eye exam ASAP for a diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
