LA + sedation: Having procedures under local anesthetic and sedation is done routinely. The local anesthetic will last long enough for your procedure so do not worry. If your sedation is decreased then you may become more awake but you should not have pain.

IV sedation: Common to lighten up and need a bit ore sedation. Or to feel slight pain and need more local anesthesia. Should not be a problem. Make sure you are treated by a facial plastic surgeon.
