Fentanyl patches: Firstly - what is being treated with Fentanyl patches (100mcgm/hr) ? Secondly this is 288MME and is way over the recommendation from the CDC of no more than 90MME. With that being said - do you have sleep apnea or obstruction - if you do - you should be prescribed such high doses of opioids - do you have Narcan available?
