Start with breakfast: Eating breakfast containing protein ( eggs) is a good start. Dink water, avoid simple sugars and concentrate on fruits, vegetables and lean meats. Avoid processed foods; eat fresh foods instead. Control your portions. Pick an exercise you enjoy and do it .
